I went to this restaurant because of the positive reviews. One thing in advance ... The food was just great rarely eaten so tasty ... However, the menu is more reminiscent of a leaflet and the drinks were missing ... When I asked why there was no complete correct menu, the waitress became rude and very quickly later refused to serve us. EDIT: Thank you for your reponse. I will be happy to visit your establishment again, otherwise everything was perfect. Since my criticism was a bit deconstructive, I have removed said part. Mfg M. Poschmann

Quaint restaurant with delicious German cuisine and great service. Got a table at short notice for the evening upon friendly request. Despite two wedding parties! So we had to wait a little longer and were very surprised when they didn't. After a few minutes we had our drinks and shortly afterwards the soups. Especially the liver dumpling soup was awesome! Shortly afterwards the main courses as generous portions with fresh salad - super tasty. Already full of paperboard we let ourselves be persuaded to have a sorbet with espresso and did not mean it. Compliments to the kitchen and service! Clear recommendation!

Was invited to the birthday party very well organized. The food was very tasty and all that was spread over two beautiful terraces in the most beautiful sunshine

Nice restaurant in the center of Amorbach with outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the staff was completely overloaded and we were simply not noticed. The attempt to pick up drinks at the counter to relieve the staff was refused. We left after waiting in vain for half an hour. I would like to believe that the food should be good, but if you don't get anything, it's no use either. You have the feeling that as a guest you are just a burden for the staff. Perhaps increasing the number of staff would be a solution.

The food was great again. Thanks again to the team, very nice and courteous. The rump steak I had was awesome. Can really recommend in Amorbach and has been one of the best restaurants in the area for years.
